I have been very busy this past week. Trouble is, I’m trying to be good about not spoiling surprises. I suck at it.

First of all, I did some sewing.
And then I did a whole heap of dyeing.
And I’ve done some knitting too.

Last night after dinner, I knit up a 15 cm x 15 cm square for a blanket for a special little boy, Lucas.
This is one square of many, that people all over New Zealand, Australia and even someone from the US, have knit to be sewn together in one big blanket for Lucas. Every stitch was knit with love, by every person who has contributed. Sadly, Lucas passed away during the night, after only two short years of life. What inspiration of strength he has been for so many. All my love to his family.
